Offering

An offer is a formal, legal agreement to purchase a home and is legally binding once accepted by the seller. Offers to purchase a home can be made conditional on factors such as financing or a home inspection. If any of the conditions are not met, you can amend or terminate your offer.

We complete the offer with you ensuring all aspects have been reviewed. Market knowledge is crucial to determining an appropriate offer price and handling negotiations and legal paperwork is routine as an experienced agent.

In our present day housing market, experiencing multiple offers on a property is common. We will guide you in this process preparing you to be successful while maintaining an educated concept on the assets value. Well priced homes are generally on the market for less than a week with offers due at a designated time and date. Establishing proper communication with you the seller’s Realtor, obtaining all available information helps us guide you in the strongest possible way.

For your convenience signing options are not limited to in-person, we use Dotloop is a secure online signing program that makes signing quick and simple from a computer or phone.

Once you have an accepted offer we help organize and prepare deposits, inspections, financing, insurance, quotes for renovations making sure nothing is over looked.

Deal is Firm

Once you have satisfied your conditions, your home is considered firm and the celebration begins. Start packing and making arrangements to move in for closing day.

We provide contact information to help you arrange utilities, internet, setting up mailing logistics etc.

Closing Day

Closing day is the day that you receive the keys and the transaction has concluded. Prior to both parties lawyers finalizing the sale we will preform a pre-close inspection to confirm the condition of the property has not changed and that all chattels and appliances written in your offer are present and functioning.
